Making A Purchase
With the use of todays technology, shopping is made easy and fun. Just browse our store, then add number to the qty box, this will add items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. When you have finished shopping you click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Payment methods:
We accept payment by all major credit cards, cheque, bank transfer. We are happy to discuss your payment requirements by phone / fax / email.
We regret that we are not able to ship any of the goods untill we have recieved cleared funds.
Once we have received confirmation of you order this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Credit Card Security
All credit and debit card transactions are carried by ECI-Pay or Paypal who are both dedicated 3rd party payment processing service with 128bit SSL encryption for ultimate security.

Shipping And Handling
Postage will be added automatically when applicable. Our standard charge is £3.95 per order for UK residents. This depends on what you are purchasing as some of our range of products include shipping and handling.
We usually use First Class Post but on heavier parcels we may send using Standard Parcel Service.
Overseas shipping will be calculated automatically during checkout. Please note that there is a 2kg limit per order on overseas shipping.

Delivery Schedule
We will try our best to send orders out withing 24 hours of receiving the order, however we are a small, family-run business and occasionally we may not manage to achieve this.
So we may use from time to time drop ship company or our suppliers to ship goods on our behalve.
We usually use First Class, however some orders may be sent by Standard Parcel Service. |
Tax Charges
Our prices include VAT. This is charged at current rate. |
Guarantee
All our products are of the highest quality and checked before despatch. If, however, you are not 100% happy with your purchase you may return it to us within 7 days from receipt of goods for a refund or an exchange. Please see our Goods Returns Policy for full details.
All electrical items (Monitors, Night Lights etc.) carry a full 12 months manufacturers warranty. Just return defective items to us and we will replace the items.
Your statutory rights are not affected. |

Goods Returned Policy.
Because you are buying the Goods by mail order, you may have a right of cancellation. If you do, (and only if you do), these are the terms which apply:
You must tell us you wish to cancel within 7 days of your receipt of the Goods;
In any event, you may not cancel orders for specially commissioned or personalised goods;
The Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of you telling us you wish to cancel, with both goods and all packaging in their original condition; securely wrapped; including our delivery slip; at your risk and cost.
Once we have received the Goods, we will credit you with the full purchase price of the goods returned no later than 30 days from the date of receipt;
Whilst the goods are still in your care or if we have not recieved the Goods, you are still liable to us for the total cost.
We are under no obligation to collect or recover Goods from you, but if we do, at your request. All of the shipping and admin costs will be passed on to you. |
